Garrett is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Advanced Economics from the University of California, San Diego. After co-founding Aqualove Water, a leading beverage manufacturer in Australia, Garrett established Jan Imports and later founded Pharma Soul and then Vitaa Limited to expand to Asia Pacific regions. His expertise lies in building, growing, and strategically developing businesses, driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit that continues to power his mission to provide reliable, high-quality solutions.
Stephanie began her career at Channel 9 and rose to Sydney Bureau Chief at A Current Affair. After 11 years, she transitioned to Pharma Soul, leveraging her extensive network and television experience, which ultimately elevated the company to become one of Australia's largest and most trusted suppliers. As a representative of Pharma Soul, Stephanie is a member of the NSW Board of Directors at the Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia.
Taylor, a graduate of UCLA School of Law, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience supporting both emerging and established businesses. His expertise spans capital raising, venture capital, private equity, financing, fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. Taylor's background in international business law, including cross-border transactions and global regulatory compliance, equips him to navigate complex legal landscapes across various markets. He excels at identifying and mitigating legal risks, structuring complex deals, and developing scalable compliance programs. Taylor’s skill set positions Pharma Soul for continued growth and innovation in the global PPE marketplace
Fey is an accomplished financial strategist with a track record of success in managing complex financial operations and advising high-net-worth clients. She spent a decade at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she served as a Vice President overseeing investment management, portfolio construction, and strategic financial planning for both private companies and individual clients. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Fey honed her expertise at Ernst & Young, specializing in audits for financial services clients. Today, Fey leverages her extensive experience to ensure robust financial oversight at Pharma Soul. Her focus on risk management, capital allocation, and international procurement helps maintain secure supply chains and sustainable growth, positioning the company to deliver high-quality protective equipment to clients worldwide. Fey holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
Jason is an accomplished professional with over
12 years of experience in Wealth Management and Investment Banking. He
graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Commerce,
majoring in Applied Finance (Planning). Jason has held key roles at UBS and
E&P Financial Group in Sydney, where he specialized in advising
high-net-worth families and non-profit organizations on their financial
strategies. In 2021, Jason transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, where
he applies his finance acumen and client-focused approach to streamline supply
chain processes and drive sustainable growth for Pharma Soul.
Over 25 years experience in managerial roles in FMCG and with a Master Degree in Business Administration for Design and Innovation, Gary has worked in some of the largest FMCG platforms in the world. Most notably, AS Watsons and PepsiCo are just a couple of names on his roster. Paired with his extensive international import/export knowledge, Gary’s background makes him an unstoppable force in expanding global partnerships and driving strategic growth.
Mr. Jandegian has over 35 years' experience in executive and leadership roles in the engineering and construction industry, including 24 years at URS Corp, where he led the company's Infrastructure and Environment Division for over a decade. He was a key member of the URS executive management and risk management committees and worked across investor relations, M&As and change management. He was also responsible for an executive account management sales model. Mr. Jandegian served as member of the Environment & Energy Committee, US Chamber of Commerce, the Silicon Valley COO Roundtable and the Industry Leaders Council, American Society of Civil Engineers, Washington DC.
